Saturday 28th September saw the 20th edition of the time miles, held at Woodbourn Road Stadium. 17 runners ran the timed mile, with 6 first timers and 7 PBs achieved on the day. As ever, massive thanks to those who paced and supported – Chris, Ben and Matt for pacing, Mike and Georgina for officiating. The next timed mile will be held next year but in the meantime, if you fancy a track session remember the regular SRC session is held on a Monday evening at 6pm.
